Subscriptions are billed monthly by card through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel.

Refunds
If we can't deliver leads for a town you paid for (for example, the city stops publishing permits), we refund that month in full. If you prepaid for several months and cancel early, we refund the unused months.
Privacy
We only use your name, email and phone to deliver your leads and contact you about your account. We never sell or share your information. Lead lists are digital files sent by email. Nothing is shipped.
